Synopsis

Enter the primary coloured world of Junior Eurovision with this glorious feature length documentary. With none of the X-Factor’s cynicism or guile, this is no sorry tale of miniature prima donnas and pushy parents, but a heart warming story of children, some with genuine talent, who just want to sing.

Jamie Jay Johnson’s début documentary is a celebration of innocence, cheese and day-glow Euro-exuberance. Warm enough to melt even the coldest of hearts, the film works because it genuinely cares for its protagonists. And so will you.

  1. I loved this, and I loved the short, also by JJ Johnson, about the mini-golf tournament. Honestly, one of the funniest docs I’ve ever seen.
